Return Policy

We want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases. All sellers on VT Bazar App have a comprehensive return policy which is tailored to protect our customers.Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price

Fair to you & meaning what we say! All you need to do is give us a business hours or drop an email at info@vtbazar.in within a period of 30 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. That’s just fair for every one!! Please note that “vtbazar.in” 30 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to mobile temper glass (sold by VTBazar App Partners only) on future

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Vinaayaka Telecom team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override “VTBazar app” 30 Day Returns Policy.” Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges

Once your return request has been placed with our team, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Cancellation Policy

Since technically cancellation as an option isnt feasible/available on vt bazar app, we would request you to contact our customer or mail us at info@vtbazar.in within 10 days from the date of order. If you have cancelled the order before the delivery, you can choose for full refund or exchange the same from Vinaayaka telecom credits

In case of delivered order you can contact our customer service or mail our grievance officer at info@vtbazar.in • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Vinaayaka telecom Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Vinaayaka telecom Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the vtbazar app

• If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Vinaayaka telecom Credits or Bank Transfer. Vinaayaka telecom Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the vtbazar app.

• If Vinaayaka telecom Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Vinaayaka telecom Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the vtbazar app.

All refund to take place within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
